Maple Syrup Festival is community event that celebrates the sugar maple trees at Hartman Reserve. Attendees enjoy all-you-can-eat pancakes topped with maple syrup, sausage, coffee and Hansen's milk & dairy. A raffle is part of this fundraiser as well as educational exhibits. The Sugar Shack, where maple tree sap is cooked down into maple syrup, is open for the public to learn how maple syrup is made and help collect sap.
