Al and Karlee the Bison

Al: Oh hello! I see you found us in our favorite part of Hartman, the prairie. Hartman also has other prairies located down low below the bluff. Karlee and I are bison which although we are not found in the wild in Iowa, we are native to Iowa and used to be found in the prairies all across Iowa. We like to graze around this area and enjoy looking at all the beautiful flowers that are blooming in the prairie right now. Although they are pretty, make sure not to pick any plants or disturb the prairie, so the pollinators can do their job. Come by and see us anytime!

Karlee: It was nice meeting you!! We hope you enjoy Hartman!!
