GENE AND BETTY BUCKLES PROGRAM CENTER
If you are looking for a small and affordable facility with a beautiful view, this is the place! This environmentally conscious "Green Building" is intended to be a model because of its use of recycled materials and energy efficiency. This building offers a cozy atmosphere for meetings, retreats, and receptions. Featuring a 900 square foot multipurpose room, the center is heated, air conditioned, and has a fully furnished kitchen and rustic wood burning stove. The program center also contains a carpeted loft and the Sugar Shack, either of which provides an excellent area for additional meeting space. The building contains folding tables and chairs along with an audio/video system. The center is fully accessible for persons with disabilities. Rental of the center includes use of the surrounding grounds and parking lot.
All rentals are booked through the office at Hartman Reserve Nature Center. Please call (319) 277-2187 for more information about deposits, alcohol and other policies regarding building rentals.
