As you walk, or sit on one of the three benches on Prairie Loop Trail, you're invited to focus your attention on the sights and sounds of beings that fly. Look up look out notice birds butterflies and insects and noticed the sound these creatures make noticed their visual displays and patterns as they fly as they land and as they fly again allow yourself to sit for at least 10 to 20 minutes simply noticing the sights and sounds of flying insects and birds when you're finished can you think of one word to describe your experience Yes
